Tensile performs static analysis of 2D pin-jointed trusses using the Direct Stiffness Method — the same matrix formulation used by professional structural software. Results include member axial forces, support reactions, joint displacements, and an animated deformed geometry.
Workflow: Pick a template or build from scratch. Add nodes, then connect them with members. Apply at least one pin and one roller (or a fixed pair) so the truss is restrained, add joint loads, then press Solve Truss.

Sign convention — tension is positive (warm/red), compression is negative (cool/blue). Loads point in the global +x and +y directions. Default member properties: E = 200 GPa, A = 0.001 m². You can change them per-member.
